These terms are the agreement between you and InPlay Cricket ("the platform"). By creating an account, you accept them in full. If you don't, please don't use the service.
You must meet the minimum age set out in our Privacy Policy and be legally able to enter into this contract in your country of residence. By using the platform you confirm both. Where local law requires additional consent, you confirm that you have it.
Coins are an in-app currency earned by playing. They have no cash value, cannot be purchased, cannot be exchanged for money or prizes, and cannot be transferred between accounts. Coins exist only to track progress and standing on the leaderboards.
Predictions are settled against the live match feed within four seconds of the ball being bowled. The match feed is the final source of truth. We do not adjudicate disputes against broadcast footage, third-party scorecards, or social-media replays. In the rare case of a feed error, affected predictions are voided and coins restored.
Weekly leaderboards reset every Monday at 00:00 IST and reflect prediction accuracy only. We may remove an account from a leaderboard if we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, multi-accounting, or bot activity, and will tell you in writing.
The InPlay Cricket name, logo, character renders, slogan ("Watch It. Call It. Win It."), and all platform code are the property of InPlay Cricket. Third-party trademarks (league names, team names) belong to their respective owners and appear here for editorial reference only.
You can delete your account at any time. We can suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these terms, with notice where possible. Because coins have no cash value, no refund or compensation applies on termination.
The platform is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the match feed during scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, or upstream broadcast failures. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes that cannot be resolved by direct discussion will be submitted to arbitration in Singapore under SIAC rules.
